Sauce Moutarde....Mustard Sauce

Sauce Moutarde: Mustard Sauce:
- ½ liter of fresh cream 35%.
- 5-8 Tblsp. Dijon Mustard (the one with the mustard grains) called A L'Anciènne.

- Salt to taste.
Method:
- Mix well cream and mustard and reduce over low heat in a saucepan uncovered for about 10 minutes stirring continuously till it thickens and your feel it is ready.
- Add salt to taste.
Tip: Goes with anything.
