Because you are the majority of my readers. I am very eager to receive  comments, good or bad, from you guys to give me some feedback on the quality of my posts. Hello my dear friends and family. I have to explain myself regarding my recipe on the Cranberry Bean Bake. I feel obliged to tell you the following.

Dear friends!! Tomorrow is a our daughter's birthday. Barbara has invited 12 friends for a 4 course seated dinner!! And insisted Maria and I cook.  So today and tomorrow you will have to forgive us because we will not share any of our recipes with you due to preparations. However we plan to make it up for you on Sunday by sharing what we prepared. Kisses to all, and have a good week end. Maria and Stelio

F i rst of all I would like to thank all my English School Heliopolis, AUC, Guezira Sporting Club, Agami, American Community Cairo and Greek friends and relatives for your support and encouragement. I would like to remind everybody that I would highly appreciate it if you guys would  use the "COMMENTS" section of the blog to post for any, I mean any, comments you may have, good or bad. This will help me imporve and help you eat better. I just realized that I have written 110 recipes until today since I began on December 16th 2010 and even I can't find my way around my site. It takes me forever to find a recipe even though they have been automatically listed alphabetically by Blogger according to their labels. It is neither practical for you nor for me. Therefore my blog site will look and may act funny for the next few days until I put things right. This job will be done by me and I don't have the foggiest ...

Dear Family and Friends, New Year's eve and day are very difficult to suggest recipes for. The important thing is to have enough nutritious food in you just to keep you going till that wonderful moment when the clock strikes midnight for the New Year, all night till you see the first sunrise of 2011, and... for your dreams coming true. Today, sorry but I am too busy cooking stuff for the house so unfortunately will not be able to give you any ideas...but as I promised you, I will include today's some other time. Dear Family and Friends, This is the most modern way to stay in touch with you guys and maybe through my recipes you will be able to Make Your Dreams Come True. By this I mean that by executing my recipes with success you will enter the hearts of your loved one/s just like I entered the hearts of many of my friends (glad this is English and not French where the gender is not specified!!)and thus once more proving the famous saying "The shortest way to someones heart is through the stomach".
