Sauce Au Curry.....Curry Sauce

Sauce au Curry: Curry Sauce.



- ½ liter of fresh cream 35%
- 2 tsp. curry powder.
- Salt to taste.
Method:
- Dissolve curry powder in some water to make a uniform paste.
- Mix paste with cream, and reduce for 10 minutes over low fire while stirring.
- Add salt to taste.
Tip: Goes very well with beef burgers and chicken.
