My daughter has definitely taken after me in culinary tastes and ideas. She thought of this delicious way to have a full and healthy breakfast as per photo.
As you can see you need two square pieces of rye bread, some salted butter, strawberries, honey and cinnamon powder.
- Toast the two pieces of bread in the toaster.
- When they jump up, take them hot as they are and spread salted butter on them.
- Sprinkle some cinnamon.
- Cut your strawberries in half and put as many halves the bread will take.
- Add some thyme honey (special Greek honey).
- Top with cinnamon.
Enjoy with some nice hot coffee, breakfast tea or any juice you like.
