Cod With Basil And Ginger

Cod is a type of fish which can be prepared in many ways.  I would like to share with you the way I sometimes choose to prepare it; it may give you some ideas of your own to build on.
You will need:
Serves 4
-  1 kg small cod fish about 7 fish  frozen, thawed and cleaned from the various fins.
-  1 handful of fresh basil cut in small strips.
-  1 small bunch of parsley, chopped fine.
-  200 gr of frozen mushrooms thawed.
-  4 cloves of garlic crushed and finely cut.
-  2 inches of ginger coarsely cut.
-  Salt and black pepper.
-  Olive oil.
Method:
- Clean and wash cods.
-  Prepare a rectangular baking dish with aluminum foil and baking paper.
-  Place cod inside dish.
-  Pour some olive oil over the cod.
-  salt and pepper.
-  Add the garlic, basil, parsley, and ginger.
-  Add the mushrooms on top.
-  Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 200 degrees C for 30 minutes.
Serve.
