Hot Chilies On Cheese And Eggs….For A Hearty Breakfast

It’s funny but sometimes and I know for sure, you wake up in the morning with an appetite for a hearty breakfast.  Eggs, bacon, cheese, pancakes, the whole works!!

If you are a chili person, I have a very appealing idea for you.
You will need
Serves one then multiply by as many persons want the same dish as you.
-         3 eggs sunny side up.

-         1 cup grated cheese (cheddar, Gouda etc)

-        1 Tbsp. fresh butter.

-        1 long red chili cut in rings.

-        Little salt.

-        Lots of appetite.
Method:
-         Heat frying pan till it is hot.

-        Add butter till it melts.

-        Add half of the chili rings.

-        Sauté for a few seconds till the chili heat is transferred to the butter.

-        Break eggs sunny side up and keep them that way.

-        Add grated cheese.

-        Add other half of the chili rings.

-        Cover frying pan for the following reasons:

Ø  To keep the butter from splattering all over the place.

Ø  To contain heat within the area of the eggs and to cook the yolks for those who do not like them soft.

Ø  To melt the cheese quickly.

-  Turn heat off, serve on plate on a fried corn tortilla.
