Devilled Eggs...For Young People Who Like To Entertain

This is a very easy appetizer for anybody to prepare especially for young people who like to invite friends over for drinks and snacks and can put something together quickly and are not very much in to cooking. But...you need to have eggs.

You will need:
-  4 hard boiled eggs (12 minutes after water boils to make sure they are well boiled) peeled and cut in half lengthwise.

-  1 Tbsp. mayonnaise.
-  1 Tbsp. Hot Ketchup.
-  1 Tbsp. Dijon prepared mustard.
-  1 Tbsp. Capers.
-  1 Tbsp. my marinated green olives cut small (check "labels" under preserves).
-  1 Tbsp. finely cut red sweet grilled peppers.
-  1 Tbsp. thick Balsamic vinegar paste.
-  2 tsp. Chipotle flakes.

Method:
-  Cut eggs lengthwise and omit hard egg yolks. Keep empty hard egg whites for later.
-  Crush egg yolks with a fork till they become a paste.
-  Combine mayonnaise, hot ketchup, mustard, balsamic vinegar, and chipotle, then add to egg yolk paste and mix well.
-  Add capers, marinated green olives, grilled sweet red peppers and mix well.
-  Spoon mixture into the hollow egg whites.
Et Voila,
Enjoy your drinks,
Stelio
