Here is another thought for you all out there:

 You will need:

- 1 round mold 26 cms in diameter with expandable and removable side.
-  Two seedless oranges sliced whole.
-  300 gr caster sugar.
-  150 ml water.

Method:
-  Using a multi kitchen blender, add the bitter chocolate 60% cocoa and the sugar and blend till they are well blended together.
-  Add egg yolks, butter, coffee, vanila,  and water, mix and blend on 2nd setting, then on 3rd for 2 - 3 minutes.
-  In the meantime beat egg whites till stiff, and fold in.
-  Pour in mold where bottom is covered with baking paper, and sides are well buttered.
-  Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees C.

-  Take out of oven, let cool, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
-  When cold, sprinkle using a sieve some powdered sugar to cover.

-  Then use the caramelized oranges and little green bitter oranges if you any to adorn like in picture above.

How to make the caramelized oranges.
-  In a sauce pan boil the water.
-  When water boils add sugar and mix till sugar is dissolved.
-  Add sliced oranges.
-  Let boil without cover till syrup is thick enough but not completely thick.
-  Turn off heat let cool.

-  Transfer onto a sieve to let all the syrup drain.
-  Cut orange sliced in two.

Caramelized oranges go very nicely with the moist fudge cake!

Enjoy!
