Tapenade..... An Appetizer For Before-Dinner Drinks.

A tapenade is green or black olives made into a paste with various condiments in it. A few weeks ago I shared with you, my friends, a recipe on marinated green olives (June 6th 2011). To make my tapenade you will need:
-  Exactly the same ingredients.
-  Plus 5 anchovies.
-   Once you have combined all the ingredients, instead of leaving it at room temperature for 2 - 3 days then refrigerating, liquify the whole lot and add the 5 anchovies.  Maybe you could add 2 more cloves of garlic.
-  A nice paste should result to dip with crackers or grissini.
