Tapas 2....Viva El Fridge!!


 As I mentioned once in my previous posts, it is very helpful to have as many ingredients as possible at home for any surprise "attack". The important item to have for tapas is fresh or deep frozen fresh bread. The rest depends on your imagination and what you actually have on hand.



You will need:
Serves 6:
1) Thai Green Curry Paste & Mango Chutney:
-  6 slices of baguette French bread.
-  6 tsp. Thai green curry paste spread on each of the bread slices.
-  6 tsp. light mango chutney spread on top of the green curry paste on each of the bread slices.
2)  Horse radish & marinated flower of fresh basil:
-  6 slices of baguette French bread.
-  1 tsp. of mild horse radish spread of each of the slices of bread.
-  2 small pieces of chilli pepper on each of the slices of bread.
-  1 small piece of marinated flower of fresh basil.
3)  Jamon Iberico on light butter with black and green olive.
-  6 slices of baguette French bread.
-  Little light butter spread on each of the slices of bread.
-  6 slices of  jamón Ibérico.
-  1 slice of green olive.
-  1 slice of black olive.
4)  Anchovy spread with strips of roasted orange/green/red bell peppers:
-  6 slices of baguette French bread.
-  3 anchovies spread on each of the slices.
-  3 different colored strips of bell peppers on top.
-  3 capers on each slice of bread.
Lots of wine and laughs!
